These are the terms for using shortiieraw.com, the official site for SHORTIIE RAW. They are written in plain language. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is
shortiieraw.com publishes music, video, images and links about SHORTIIE RAW. Everything here is offered as-is, for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Ownership
The music, recordings, artwork, photographs, video, logos, names and written copy on this site belong to SHORTIIE RAW or to the people who licensed them. Streaming or viewing them here does not give you a licence to copy, download, re-upload, remix, sell or redistribute them. If you want to use anything from this site, ask first.
Bookings and contact
A message sent through the form on this site, or to bookingshortiieraw@gmail.com, is an inquiry, not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until SHORTIIE RAW or their team confirms the date, fee and terms of that engagement in writing.
Embedded and linked services
Some panels load content directly from other services: YouTube (via youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until playback starts), Spotify (via open.spotify.com), Instagram (via instagram.com, for the artist’s own posts and reels). Once you interact with one of those, that company's own terms and privacy policy apply. This site does not control them and is not responsible for what they show or how they behave.
No warranty
The site is provided without any promise that it is error-free, always available, or that every figure on it is current. Streaming counts, release dates and similar numbers are stated as of the date they were entered and can go stale.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
